Photoshoots
Northern Palm Canada brings professional picture day directly to your studio. Our team arrives with the necessary photography gear, lighting, and backdrop setup to capture individual dancers and groups in their costumes for the season.
What’s Included
Professional in-studio photoshoot setup, including photography equipment, lighting, and backdrop.
Easy online portal for each parent to purchase their digital gallery with all of their child’s group and solo images.
Digital master gallery provided to the studio for access and review.
Individual digital gallery access for each dancer/family to download their dancer’s high-resolution images.
Easy and convenient à la carte print and product options available for purchase through our online gallery store delivered right to the parent(s) door step.
Digital Gallery Fee
The Digital Gallery Fee is charged per dancer and provides access to that dancer’s high-resolution digital images.
Studios may choose to offer Early Bird and Regular Pricing options.
Early Bird Pricing applies when the Digital Gallery Fee is paid before the first scheduled photoshoot date.
Regular Pricing applies once the first scheduled photoshoot date has begun.
Pricing, deadlines, and fee structures may be adjusted at the studio’s discretion. Northern Palm Canada is not responsible for missed deadlines, late payments, or studio communication delays.
Booking Requirements
A minimum fee (please email for this information) is required for all in-studio photoshoot bookings. If total sales do not meet the daily minimum, the remaining balance will be invoiced to the studio.
All prices are subject to change and are plus applicable HST.
